In November 2024, the Board approved a restructuring plan as a part of our efforts to align our talent with our strategic priorities and to improve operating efficiency. As a result, during the six months ended June 30, 2025, we recorded restructuring charges of $0.4 million, respectively, in our condensed consolidated statements of operations. The restructuring plan is complete, with no remaining liability as of June 30, 2025 .
