Line of Credit | Line of Credit The Company has a committed Line of Credit Agreement (“Credit Agreement”) with a commercial bank that matures on December 11, 2025, which permits the Company to borrow up to $25.0 million. Borrowings under the Credit Agreement bear interest at a rate equal to the Secured Overnight Financing Rate plus 1.10%. The Company pays a commitment fee on the unused portion of the facility, accruing at a rate per annum of 0.10%. The proceeds of the Credit Agreement may be used by the Company for ongoing working capital needs, to seed new and existing investment strategies, and for other general corporate purposes. The Credit Agreement contains customary representations, warranties, and covenants. The Company did not borrow under the Credit Agreement during the six months ended June 30, 2025, and no borrowings were outstanding as of June 30, 2025.
