SUBSEQUENT EVENT	15. SUBSEQUENT EVENT On July 22, 2025, the Board of Directors declared a regular cash dividend of $0.14 per share payable September 10, 2025 to common stockholders of record at the close of business August 11, 2025.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
