Defined Contribution Plan The Company sponsors a defined contribution retirement savings plan under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “401(k) Plan”), for its full-time employees, which covers all eligible employees in the United States. The 401(k) Plan provides for matching and discretionary contributions by the Company. For the years ended April 30, 2025 and 2024, matching and discretionary contributions by the Company totaled $1,660 and $1,345, respectively. |
