| Subsequent Events | Note 12 — Subsequent Events
The Company has evaluated subsequent events and transactions that occurred up to the date the financial statements were issued. Except for the identified below, the Company did not identify any subsequent events, that would have required adjustment or disclosure in the financial statements.
The Company and Phytanix have mutually agreed to terminate the Business Combinaiton Agreement and, on April 7, 2025, the Company and Phyantix entered into a Termination Agreement, which immediately terminated the Business Combination Agreement (the “Termination Agreement”).
On May 15, 2025 and June 16, 2025, the Sponsor contributed approximately $9,115 and $4,557, respectively, into the Company’s Trust Account to extend the life of the Company through July 15, 2025. |
