DISPOSAL OF SUBSIDIARIES	NOTE – 4 DISPOSAL OF SUBSIDIARIES On September 30, 2024, the Company consummated the corporate restructuring exercise to focus on the product development and trading business by disposing two subsidiaries, namely Powertech Management Limited and Powertech Corporation Limited to a third party. As a result, the Company recorded a net gain of $2.5 million from the disposal of subsidiaries.

The entire disclosure related to a disposal group. Includes, but is not limited to, a discontinued operation, disposal classified as held-for-sale or disposed of by means other than sale or disposal of an individually significant component.
