The trademarks have an indefinite life and are assessed annually for impairment.  All other intangible assets are finite-lived.

 

Intangible assets amortization expenses are recorded within operating expenses in the accompanying Condensed Consolidated Statements of Operations and Comprehensive Income.  Total intangible assets amortization expense for the six months ended May 31, 2025 and May 31, 2024 were $0.1 million and $0.1 million, respectively. Total intangible assets amortization expense for the three months ended May 31, 2025 and 2024 were $0.1 million and less than $0.1 million, respectively.
