Remarks:

This Form 4 is being filed to report that CI Adams Street Global Private Markets Fund (the "Fund") no longer beneficially owns shares of the Issuer and that CI Investments Inc., investment manager and portfolio advisor of the Fund (the "Manager"), does not beneficially own shares of the Issuer within the meaning of Rule 16a-1(a)(1) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Exchange Act"). Accordingly, neither the Fund nor the Manager intends to file further reports pursuant to Section 16 of the Exchange Act.
