On June 11, 2025, Michael T. Hutchins agreed to extend his tenure in the dual role of President and Interim Chief Executive Officer of Freddie Mac (formally the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation) through the earlier of the appointment of a permanent CEO or September 20, 2025.
