Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 17, 2025, Nakamoto Holdings, Inc. (“Nakamoto”) and KindlyMD Inc. (the “Company”) issued a joint press release announcing that David Bailey, Nakamoto’s Chief executive officer, will participate in a webinar examining the evolution of crypto balance sheet strategies and the strategic rationale and benefits driving the proliferation of these public market companies. A copy of the joint press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
