| Subsequent Events | Note 16 – Subsequent Events
On April 1, 2025, our board of directors (i) approved the creation of a new series of preferred stock of the Company, designated as Series D Preferred, (ii) approved the filing of a Certificate of Designation of the Series D Preferred Stock (the “Certificate of Designation of the Series D Preferred”) with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada, and (iii) reserved shares of the Company’s common stock for issuance upon a conversion of the Series D Preferred.
On April 2, 2025, the Certificate of Designation of the Series D Preferred was filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada and was declared effective. |
