NOTE 13 - COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES From time to time, the Company may become subject to various legal proceedings that are incidental to the ordinary conduct of its business. Although the Company cannot accurately predict the amount of any liability that may ultimately arise with respect to any of these matters, it makes provision for potential liabilities when it deems them probable and reasonably estimable. These provisions are based on current information and legal advice and may be adjusted from time to time according to developments. The following parties have filed claims against Hammer Fiber Optics Investments Ltd and are not secured:
In the matter of Cross River Fiber vs. Hammer Fiber Optics Investments, Ltd., the related party has paid its obligations and the matter is now considered closed. The claims by Calvi Electric and Horizon Blue Cross have not advanced. |
