Regulation FD Disclosure

In June 2025, New Jersey Resources Corporation will be hosting one-on-one meetings with investors, analysts, and other members of the financial community in London and Zurich (June 16-17, 2025), as well as participating in the J.P. Morgan 2025 Energy, Power, Renewables & Mining Conference in New York (June 24, 2025).

During these meetings, they will be providing certain information concerning the Company in a slide presentation. The slides to be used at the meeting are furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and are incorporated by reference into Item 7.01 of this Current Report on Form 8-K.
