On June 10, 2025, Pelican Acquisition Corporation (the “Company”) announced that the holders of the Company’s units may elect to separately trade the ordinary shares and rights included in the units commencing on or about June 12, 2025. Any units not separated will continue to trade on the Nasdaq Global Market (the “Nasdaq”) under the symbol “PELIU.” Any underlying ordinary shares and rights that are separated are expected to trade on the Nasdaq under the symbols “PELI” and “PELIR,” respectively. Holders of units will need to have their brokers contact Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Co., the Company’s transfer agent, in order to separate the holders’ units into ordinary shares and rights.
On June 10, 2025, the Company issued a press release announcing the separate trading of the securities underlying the units. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
