The Fund acquired the assets and liabilities of the Predecessor Fund, following the reorganization of the Predecessor Fund with and into the Fund on September 18, 2023. Prior to the reorganization, the Predecessor Fund was advised by another investment adviser, had a different investment objective and policies, and was a passively managed fund that sought to track the performance of the Markit iBoxx Liquid Leveraged Loan Index. The Predecessor Fund’s performance for the periods prior to the reorganization is not shown.
