On June 9, 2025, 4Front Ventures Corp. made an assignment pursuant to the Canadian Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. The proceeding, titled In the Matter of the Bankruptcy of 4Front Ventures Corp., case number 11-3233771, was filed in the District of British Columbia, Vancouver Division. On June 10, 2025, B. Riley Farber Inc. was appointed trustee over the Company’s assets.
