The general meeting of shareholders, which was announced on May 6, 2025, was convened in accordance with the Articles of association of the Company on May 22, 2025; and, in line with the powers vested in the chairman of the meeting with the consent of the meeting , the general meeting was adjourned by the chairman indefinitely, to a time and place to be determined and announced.
