The Company entered into debt with related parties which are reflected in Note 8.
The Company is party to a management services agreement with Trilogy Capital Group, LLC (“Trilogy”), a company controlled by the Company’s Executive Chairman. For the six months ended June 30, 2024 and 2023, the Company paid Trilogy $0 and $27,547, respectively, for services rendered under a consulting agreement which are reflected in the statements of operations as consulting fees – related parties. |
