The accompanying unaudited condensed financial information, in the opinion of management, reflects all adjustments (which include only normally recurring adjustments) necessary to present fairly the Company’s financial position, operating results and cash flows for the periods presented. Certain information and footnote disclosures normally included in financial statements prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America have been condensed or omitted pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission. The results of operations for the thirteen-week period ended March 29, 2025 are not necessarily indicative of the results to be expected for the full year or any other period.

The Company’s fiscal year is either a fifty-two or fifty-three-week period which ends on the Saturday closest to December 31^st.
