Segment Reporting [Abstract] | |
SEGMENT REPORTING | SEGMENT REPORTING We operate as a single operating segment, which is also our sole reportable segment. The Company’s chief operating decision maker (“CODM”) is our Chief Executive Officer, who reviews financial information presented on a consolidated basis, accompanied by information about our revenue, for purposes of making operating decisions, assessing financial performance and allocating resources. Net income is our primary measure of profit, and all costs and expense categories on our consolidated statements of operations are significant, and are regularly reviewed at a consolidated level by the CODM. The assets attributable to this segment are reflected in the consolidated financial statements.
