As of both March 31, 2025 and December 31, 2024, there were 10,000,000 shares of $0.001 par value common stock authorized, and 100,000 shares issued and outstanding. Total committed capital of the Company, which had been fully called and received as of both March 31, 2025 and December 31, 2024, was $460.0 million, of which $407.1 million was contributed to the Fund.
