SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 7 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On April 1, 2025, the Company issued 166,541 shares of its common stock to Cross Current in connection with its agreement with Cross Current (see Notes 3 and 4). On April 24, 2025, the Company issued 384,459 shares of its common stock to Helena in connection with its agreement with Helena (see Notes 3 and 4).

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
