The following tables show activity in the allowance for credit losses by portfolio class for the three months ended March 31, 2025 and 2024 as well as the corresponding recorded investment in loans at the end of each period. The calculation of the allowance for credit losses under CECL is performed using two primary approaches: a collective approach for pools of loans that have similar risk characteristics using a loss rate analysis, and a specific reserve analysis for credits individually evaluated.
