Loan facility description	Company entered into an intercompany loan agreement (as lender) with Tekcapital Europe, Ltd. (as borrower) and Tekcapital Plc, the parent of Tekcapital Europe, Ltd. (as guarantor). Pursuant to this agreement, the Company agreed to make a loan facility available to Tekcapital Europe, Ltd. for up to a maximum of $500,000.
