The loan bears interest at 59.99% per annum and has a six month term. During the three months ended March 31, 2025, the Company issued $69,560 in loan receivable to Alma Cannabis PTY LTD and received a payment of $97,384. As of March 31, 2025, the loan receivable is $111,296. As of March 31, 2025, the loan interest receivable was $16,607. |
