| SUBSEQUENT EVENT | NOTE 13 – SUBSEQUENT EVENT On April 25, 2025, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend of $3.50 per share of the Company’s common stock. This dividend is payable on May 16, 2025, to shareholders of record on May 9, 2025. This special dividend is in addition to the Company’s regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.45, which was declared on April 15, 2025, and is payable on July 9, 2025, to shareholders of record on June 25, 2025. The aggregate amount of this special dividend will approximate $35.0 million. |
