Subsequent events	8. Subsequent Events Consistent with the Company’s variable dividend policy, the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend on May 7, 2025, of $0.05 per common share for the quarter ended March 31, 2025. The cash dividend of approximately $1.9 million will be paid on June 13, 2025, to all shareholders of record on May 30, 2025.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
