COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES Commitments. We routinely enter into, extend, or amend operating agreements in the ordinary course of business. We have long-term transportation, sales, processing, and water delivery commitments. There were no significant commitments entered into during the three months ended March 31, 2025. For details of our existing commitments, refer to Note 6 - Commitments and Contingencies in Item 8. Financial Statements and Supplementary Data included in our 2024 Form 10-K. Litigation and Legal Items. We are involved in various legal proceedings. We review the status of these proceedings on an ongoing basis and, from time to time, may settle or otherwise resolve these matters on terms and conditions that management believes are in our best interests. We have provided the necessary estimated accruals in the accompanying balance sheets where deemed appropriate for litigation and legal related items that are ongoing and not yet concluded.
