SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Dividend On May 5, 2025, our Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.3875 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 30, 2025 and is expected to be paid on June 13, 2025.
