NOTE 17 - SEGMENTED INFORMATION The Company operates as one reportable segment focused on the exploration and evaluation of its gold-silver project in Mexico, The Company’s Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) acts as the Chief Operating Decision Maker (“CODM”) and the CODM uses consolidated net income/loss as the measure of segment profit and loss to assess performance and allocate resources. The measure of segment assets is reported on the consolidated balance sheet as total consolidated assets, with a majority of these assets located in Mexico and had the following geographic concentrations as of December 31, 2024 and 2023:
