Fair Value of Financial Instruments | (4) Fair Value of Financial Instruments The carrying amounts of financial instruments including cash and cash equivalents, accounts receivable, accounts payable and short-term debt approximated fair value as of March 31, 2025 and December 31, 2024, because of the relatively short maturity of these instruments. Based on the borrowing rates currently available to the Company for debt with similar terms and remaining maturities, the estimated fair value of total debt at March 31, 2025 and December 31, 2024 was $296.0 million and $200.5 million, respectively. The fair value of fixed rate debt is based on current market interest rates for similar types of financial instruments, reflective of level two inputs. The carrying amount of the Company’s variable rate debt approximates fair value as interest rates approximate the current rates available to the Company. The carrying value of the debt was $295.5 million and $200.3 million at March 31, 2025 and December 31, 2024, respectively. |
