Basis of Presentation	*Basis of presentation* The accompanying unaudited interim condensed consolidated financial statements have been prepared in accordance with U.S. GAAP and the rules of the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) applicable to interim financial information. They do not include all of the information and footnotes required for complete annual financial statements. Accordingly, these unaudited interim condensed consolidated financial statements should be read in conjunction with the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2023, filed with the SEC on July 11, 2024. In the opinion of management, all adjustments (consisting of normal recurring adjustments) considered necessary for a fair presentation have been included.
