Accrued expenses consist of the following (in thousands):

1) Accrued rent and related expenses consist of accrued costs associated with non-lease components.
For fiscal 2024 and 2023, defined contribution expense was $1.4 million and $1.5 million, respectively, included within Accrued wages, bonuses and related expenses.
