On December 31, 2020, the Company extended the Employment Agreement through December 31, 2021 while renegotiating terms of a new Employment Agreement. On May 3, 2021, the Company and the Chief Executive Officer agreed the terms of a new Employment Agreement with an effective date of January 1, 2021 that has a term of three years and expired December 31, 2023.
