6/11/2024 - The loan collateral is the leased fee interest in the 1,331-room Row hotel in NYC. The ground lease (sole) hotel tenant, who owns and operates the Row, stopped paying rent to Borrower in 4/2020. The hotel tenant signed a sublease

 

with NYC Health and Hospitals in 10/2022 which has been extended to 4/2024. An extension is being discussed. Lender has engaged counsel and will dual track foreclosure with a cooperative sale process. Cooperation agreements have been
