These strategic investments represent less than a 20% ownership interest in the entity, and the Company does not maintain power over or control of the entity. These investments are measured at fair value with unrealized gains and losses related to changes in the entity’s stock price and the impact of changes in foreign exchange rates each included in the consolidated statements of operations.
