Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On May 10, 2024, Mondee Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") announced financial results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2024, in a press release (the "Press Release") attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated herein by reference.
In the Press Release, the Company also stated that it would hold a conference call (the "Conference Call") on May 10, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. ET to discuss its financial results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2024.
The Company is making reference to non-GAAP financial information in both the Press Release and Conference Call. A reconciliation of GAAP to non-GAAP results is provided in the attached Exhibit 99.1 Press Release.
