On May 7, 2024, the Company issued a press release disclosing that the Company had been awarded its license by the Oregon Health Authority to operate its Portland, Oregon psilocybin treatment center, The Sacred Mushroom™. The press release also featured a link to a presentation regarding The Sacred Mushroom™ treatment facility, which is directed to existing and potential stockholders of the Company, analysts and other members of the investment community.
