On May 9, 2024, John C. Wobensmith, the Chief Executive Officer and President of Genco Shipping & Trading Limited (“Genco”), made a statement pertaining to Genco’s 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders prior to commencing a conference call regarding Genco’s financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2024.
