On May 9, 2024, NetScout Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its financial results for the fourth fiscal quarter and the fiscal year 2024 each ended March 31, 2024, its expectations of future performance and its intention to hold a conference call regarding these topics.
