On May 9, 2024, the registrant issued a press release announcing the declaration of its second quarter dividends of $0.50 per share of 8% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, $0.7094 per share of Series B Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, $0.484375 per share of 7.75% Series C Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, and $0.6989 per share of Series D Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock.
