Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 8, 2024, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati (the FHLB) is holding a member webinar to discuss its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2023 and the quarter ended March 31, 2024, and to provide other updates. A slide presentation is being presented during the event. A copy of this slide presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. A recording of the call will be available through the FHLB’s public website (www.fhlbcin.com) after the event and remain posted for 45 days.
