On May 8, 2024, Tivic Health Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the final results of a pilot study conducted with The Feinstein Institutes for Medical Research at Northwell Health in connection with the Company’s proprietary non-invasive approach to precision vagus nerve stimulation (“VNS”), which evaluated how the Company’s non-invasive cervical VNS (“ncVNS”) intervention affected the autonomic nervous system, cardiac, and brain function in twenty healthy subjects that were each treated with ncVNS for a period of twenty minutes.
