Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On May 6, 2024, Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2024. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
