V (“Mountain Crest V”) issued a press release announcing that it had entered into a non-binding term sheet, dated April 26, 2024, with CUBEBIO Co., Ltd., a Korea-based company (“CUBEBIO”), for a proposed business combination through which CUBEBIO plans to become a public company with its securities listed on The Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”).
