On May 2, 2024, The Cigna Group issued a press release announcing results for the three months ended March 31, 2024. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
The Evernorth Health Services reportable segment now presents the Pharmacy Benefit Services and the Specialty and Care Services operating segments, which partner with health plans, employers, governmental organizations and health care providers to solve challenges in the areas of pharmacy benefits, home delivery pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, specialty distribution, and care delivery and management solutions. For additional information relating to our operating segments, please refer to Note 1 to the Consolidated Financial Statements in our quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2024, which is expected to be filed today with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Unaudited supplemental 2023 information for Evernorth Health Services, as restated for the operating segment change, is included in our Quarterly Financial Supplement for the period ended March 31, 2024, available through the Investor Relations page of the Company’s website located at www.thecignagroup.com.
