Item 8.01. Other Events.
On May 1, 2024, the Company received written notice from the Listing Qualifications Staff of Nasdaq informing the Company that it has regained compliance with the minimum bid price and equity requirements, respectively in Listing Rules 5550(a)(2) (the “Bid Price Rule”) and 5550(b)(1) (the “Equity Rule”) of the Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq” or the “Exchange”) as required by the Hearings Panel’s (“Panel”) decision previously reported on the Current Report on Form 8-K dated February 8, 2024.
Accordingly, the Panel determined to continue the listing of the Company’s securities on the Exchange and was closing the matter.
