On May 2, 2024, Shake Shack Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release and shareholder letter announcing its financial results for the fiscal first quarter ended March 27, 2024. The full text of the press release and shareholder letter are furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K and shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, except as shall be expressly set forth by specific reference in such a filing.
