On May 2, 2024, OneWater Marine Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s operating and financial results for the fiscal second quarter ended March 31, 2024. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated into this Item 2.02 by reference.
