Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 2, 2024, Global Clean Energy Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), Louis Dreyfus Company ("LDC") and Bayer issued a press release announcing a strategic collaboration to promote camelina cultivation in Argentina as part of Bayer's PRO Carbono Program, in line with the companies' efforts to drive decarbonization in the supply chain and, ultimately, more efficient and sustainable agricultural production. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
